Estimator/Entry-Level Engineer
A motivated individual is needed to perform cost estimates on turnkey direct digital control systems. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of project specifications and blueprints, developing cost estimates using a PC based estimating package, and assisting in the development of technical proposals and engineering designs. This position requires a BSME. Experience with Autocad and MS Office software a plus. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate.

Field Technician
A Field Technician commissions the control system from the end-device to each controller and performs startup of building automation systems (BAS). He/She provides warranty and emergency service as required and coordinates scope-of-work issues to ensure the end-user has a workable and accessible solution. Qualifications include an associate's degree in Mechanical/Electric Technology/Design or equivalent experience. Three to five years of field experience preferred. Good trouble shooting and people skills are a must.

Shop Technician/Entry-Level Position
Shop Technician shall be trained on product assembly and testing of building automation systems (BAS). He/She shall be responsible for inventory control of electronic components, including shipping and receiving. Qualifications include an associate's degree in Mechanical/Electric Technology/Design or equivalent experience.

Software Systems Applications Engineer
The successful candidate will be part of a team that designs and installs fully networked automation, control and facility management systems. Activities involved will include development of codes to accomplish specified sequences of operation, debugging codes, creation of equipment graphics, implementation of alarm strategy, and all other aspects of a turnkey automation project. This position is highly visible with direct customer involvement at the project sites. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in building trades area or commensurate experience, familiarity and ease with computer and network technology, experience with microprocessor-based building management systems and a willingness to spend up to 40%-50% of his/her time at the customer's site.
